Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking to hire a Billing Specialist who will be responsible for project accounting and budget organization and set-up within our Deltek-Ajera ERP system. Our billing team consists of fast paced, billing experts who are able to manage multiple priorities while providing amazing internal and external customer service. They are able to adapt to the nuances of our clients' needs while promoting a positive and professional atmosphere. *While it is desired that this position works from any of our 13 offices, we are open to considering a full-time remote worker.What Do You Get To Do In This Position:Prepares regularly scheduled client invoices under the direction of Project Managers and Accounting SupervisionTracks and reports project budget versus actuals performanceUnderstands general knowledge of project cost accounting and Work-in-ProcessAddresses project specific client and internal billing mattersReceipt and entry of project subcontractor and other-direct-cost invoicesEnsure client approval of invoices and timely paymentCompiles, stores and retrieves dataCollaborates with other departments to ensure billing accuracyPerforms various other accounting and administrative duties as requiredThis Job Might Be For You If You Have The Following:Associates degree or higher preferred2+ years of billing experience Must have strong communication, writing and organizational skills.Must be experienced with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrentlyPositive attitudeTeam playerDesired: One or more years of industry experience the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industryCRM experience Rincon Consultants, Inc. is an award-winning leader in providing quality environmental consulting services throughout California.
