Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative for
NM and NV residents.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts and provide
account updates
Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and
assist delinquent consumers
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies while
providing feedback for process improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience in collections, customer service, sales, or retail, or a
strong motivation to learn
A positive and friendly demeanor
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Minimum internet speed requirements for remote work: 25 mbps
download, 20 mbps upload
