Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Real Estate Loan Closer.
Key Responsibilities

Manage coordination, documentation, and closing of commercial real estate loan investments
Review title insurance commitments and borrower formation documentation to ensure compliance and security
Execute funding processes, including finalizing and transmitting loan documents and coordinating with escrow

Required Qualifications

5+ years in real estate or equivalent industry experience
5+ years in closing commercial real estate loans
2-year degree or equivalent experience with a financial institution, legal, or title company
Real estate finance, title company, or legal background
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
