Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative
- Billing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing
inquiries and collection activities
Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and
offer payment arrangements
Document all actions taken on accounts and escalate issues to
leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of experience in collections, customer service,
or business office
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including insurance billing
and collections
Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software
Ability to work independently within established guidelines
