Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive lead
generation strategy across various channels
Oversee performance marketing and SEO optimization to attract
high-quality leads
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Clinical leadership to align
strategies and drive measurable results
Key Requirements
8+ years in a senior lead generation, performance marketing, or
recruitment marketing role
Proven track record in designing and executing digital strategies
that generate measurable results
Experience in a growth-oriented, multi-site organization, ideally
in healthcare or education
Data-driven mindset with fluency in marketing analytics and
campaign performance
Expert in tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and
CRM systems
