Job Description Job Description Job Title: Sr. Solar Foreman Job Description We are seeking a Sr. Solar Foreman to lead and manage solar installation projects, ensuring all aspects are completed efficiently and on schedule. This role requires hands-on involvement and oversight of subcontractors to guarantee that deadlines for various scopes of work are met. Responsibilities Oversee and manage subcontractors on-site to ensure quality and timely completion of projects. Lead commercial projects involving PV installations, chargers, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Ensure all scopes of work are completed within set deadlines. Act as the primary on-ground contact for any project-related queries and issues. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in solar projects, preferably in utility-scale. Proficiency in solar install management and construction management. Strong skills in construction planning and execution. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in solar management is highly desirable. Background in overseeing the installation of commercial solar systems, including PV, chargers, and BESS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
