Job Description Job Description An employer is looking for a
Patient Access Representative within a call center environment in
the Beverly Hills, CA area. This person will be responsible for
handling about 50 calls per day for multiple offices across
Southern California. The job responsibilities include but are not
limited to: answering phones, triaging patients, providing
directions/parking instructions, contacting clinic facility to
notify if a patient is running late, scheduling and rescheduling
patients' appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with
referrals/follow up care. This position is fully on-site until
fully trained and passing multiple assessments (typically around
2-3 months of working - depending on performance) where it will
then go remote. Must be able to work any/all 8-hour shifts between
7am-7:15pm Monday-Friday.
