Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in San
Marcos, CA, supporting a dynamic school environment with travel
requirements. This role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours
per week, spread over 5 days, with a start date as soon as
possible. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive
speech-language pathology services to school-aged children Assess,
diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders within the
educational setting Collaborate with educators, families, and other
professionals to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with
school policies and state regulations Support caseload management
and ensure timely progress monitoring Qualifications and
Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or
certification appropriate for school settings Experience working
with school-aged children in speech-language interventions Strong
understanding of educational speech therapy objectives and
compliance requirements Ability to manage caseload efficiently and
communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Willingness to
travel as part of workload demands This position is ideal for a
