Job Description:

Overview: Focus on the acquisition, transformation, and disposition of enterprise data as well as ETL/ELT processes from business systems into the data warehouse and support for the pub-sub data node. The role will give you the opportunity to work closely with other enterprise teams to define shared standards and practices and leverage common infrastructure and security. You will also be responsible for monitoring the environment, maintaining system health, and securing the content. You will interact with both technical partners (developers, stewards, DBAs, architects) and business partners. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively to implement new data sources required to support enterprise data management, master data, data governance, business intelligence, decision support, and analyticsPartner with internal teams to develop and support effective EDM solutionsSupport enterprise privacy and compliance needs; secure the disposition of sensitive informationWork extensively with data analysts/architects to understand enterprise processes and modelsDeliver high-quality and highly efficient ETL or messaging solutions based on a standard frameworkUnderstand and implement secure credential management options and proper encryption practicesControl integration quality and develop ways to detect and correct anomalies with data exchangeCreate, maintain, and publish data dictionaries, technical documentation, runbooks, and standards Requirements: 3 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise integration and/or ETL solutions including hands-on experience using Microsoft SQL Server and its BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI)1 year of experience with commercial solutions used for messaging and microservices including API management with SOA, queue management, and an enterprise service busKnowledge of data structures, data warehousing, data visualization, statistics, and analytic modelsStrong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to set individual/team priorities and plan to complete tasks and organizational objectivesAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of data management best practices, processes, tools, standards, and methodologiesKnowledge of the development and management required for ETL, ELT, REST, and SOAP implementationsExperience in SQL and at least one other language such as Python, R, MDX, C#, Java, or JavaScriptDevelopment experience with RDBMS (Microsoft SQL Server) in both transactional and analytic/EDW modelsBachelors in computer science or related field Recommended Qualifications: Experience working in agile environments and practicing SAFe/scrum/DevOpsExperience/Exposure to cloud data tools (DocumentDB, Data Lake, Synapse, NoSQL, Hadoop/Spark, Data Bricks, Glue, Data FactoryWorking knowledge of core business platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Microsoft)Experience with Governance and Master Data disciplinesAbility to analyze and document complex business processes and project detailsDevelopment experience in the cloud (AWS, Azure)Experience with MuleSoft, LogicApps, and SSIS The Company: Our passion for improving quality of life through geography is at the heart of everything we do.
