About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Workday Engineer for the Strategy, Communications and Adoption Team as a part of the Office of the CTO (OCTO) within Wells Fargo Technology. Learn more about career areas and current lines of business at In this role, you will:

• Lead complex, innovative and diverse Architectural initiatives supporting engineering teams with companywide impact, high risk and with significant scope, cost and benefit
• Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex architectural challenges across the organization, delivering solutions that are long term, large scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution
• Provide vision, thought leadership, and industry expertise regarding large-scale companywide technological innovation strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations
• Lead engagements with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise; serve as an advisor to leadership; represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical events
• Significant experience in designing and architecting cloud migrations for large complex systems. Required Qualifications, US:
  • 10+ years of technical Architectural experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
    • TOGAF Knowledge
    • Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure Certification
    • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
    • Experience in high-visibility positions, exposure to c-level partners and the ability to participate in business transformation initiatives Pay Range $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annual Benefits
