Redlands Community Hospital - INFORMATION SYSTEMSRedlands, CA Shift: 1st Shift Status: Full-Time Reportingto the Manager, the Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing,managing, and supporting all network-related operations for Redlands' wired,wireless, and wide area network infrastructure. Under general supervision, thisposition assists in analyzing, planning, implementing, maintaining,troubleshooting, and enhancing complex systems and networks. By virtue of the technicalteam's size and composition, some elements of the Senior Network Engineerposition may overlap with Server Administrators and Engineers. Coreresponsibilities for wired, wireless network, and wide area networkinfrastructure include network design, configuration and installation ofnetwork hardware and software, coordination of network maintenance tasks andschedules, monitoring and management of network performance, design andimplementation of network security procedures, monitoring and management ofnetwork security measures, cross functional coordination with server, storage,workstation, and application areas, management reporting, project management,technical mentorship of junior staff, and creation and maintenance of networkdocumentation.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in computerscience, information technology, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of healthcare I.T.experience.
• One or more currentcertifications including CCNP, MCSE, or VCAP preferred.
