A company is looking for a Product Engineering Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Invest in team members' growth and success while improving
processes and removing roadblocks
Lead projects to automate manual tasks and enhance technical
solutions
Act as a bridge between US-based product and engineering resources
and offshore teams in Vietnam
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in developing web-based software in a team
environment
Experience leading cross-functional, self-enabled teams
Passion for coaching and mentoring engineers at all levels
Well-rounded knowledge of application development, infrastructure,
data, and security disciplines
Strong understanding of multiple coding languages, preferably C#
and Node JS
