Job Description:
In this role, you will directly support Esri's growth by
executing marketing campaigns that support brand. You will have the
opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders across the company
and leverage your expertise in marketing campaigns, data-driven
decision making, and communication to manage highly effective
campaigns that deliver clear positioning of Esri's brand values to
prospective and existing customers. Esri is a growing software
company with fascinating applications in over 60 industries across
business, government, and education.You will also collaborate on
innovative approaches to introducing Esri to new global audiences
as a thought leader partner and impactful tech innovator. This will
include engaging and partnering with external agencies, identifying
gaps in the customer journey, and analyzing/providing insights on
ROI across the full portfolio of campaigns.Responsibilities
- Build, launch, optimize, and manage strategic brand marketing
programs simultaneously across multiple channels (owned, earned,
shared, and paid), partnering with supporting teams to ensure
successful tactic execution
- Partner with our creative lab and writing team to enable the
design and personalization of anchor and supporting content,
nurture assets, social media content, and sales enablement
content
- Leverage marketing analytics and reporting platforms to manage
weekly campaign activity reports and ROI analytics
- Effectively manage tactics and communications with
cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and execute on high
impact campaigns aligned with business goals
- Proactively work with internal and external customers to
identify, resolve, and escalate campaign risks and issues hindering
delivery of tactics
- Maintain strong partnerships with global marketing and business
development teams
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, media
opportunities, approaches, and strategies
- Collaborate, innovate, and document new best practices and
process improvements for brand awareness
- Assist in creating and managing customized marketing briefs to
share opportunities for collaboration across the company, enhancing
the effectiveness, and amplifying brand marketing
effortsRequirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and a bachelor's degree in
marketing, business, or related fields; or 3+ years of experience
in marketing and a master's degree
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management
- Proven track record for executing and measuring successful
integrated and digital marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated capacity for developing innovative marketing
strategies
- Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to
multi-task activities with shifting priorities
- Experience interacting with and influencing executive
stakeholders
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional visual presentation creation skills (such as
PowerPoint decks)Recommended Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe
Target
- Experience with Power BI, Pardot, LucidChart, and/or
Salesforce
- Experience with Workfront

rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for
this role take into account many factors including but not limited
to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and
certifications; and other business and organizational needs.A
reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $81,120 -
$135,200
