Overview:
In this technical role, you will focus on the acquisition, transformation, and disposition of enterprise data. Your focus will be on ETL/ELT processes from business systems into the data warehouse and/or support for the publish-subscribe data distribution node. The role will give you the opportunity to work closely with other enterprise teams to learn and apply shared standards and practices, leverage common infrastructure, and security. You will also be responsible for monitoring the environment, maintaining system health, and securing the content as you interact with both technical partners (Developers, Stewards, DBAs, Architects) and Business Partners.

Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively to implement new data sources required to support Enterprise Data Management, Master Data, Data Governance, Data Distribution, Business Intelligence, and AnalyticsDesign and develop new API-based integrationsDeliver high quality and highly efficient ETL and/or messaging solutions based on a standard frameworkImplement enterprise integrations that result in scalable, flexible, and highly available solutions that perform well under high trafficPartner with internal teams to develop and support effective data solutionsApply standards to support enterprise privacy and compliance needsUnderstand and implement secure credential management options and proper encryption practicesControl integration quality and develop ways to detect and correct anomalies with data exchange

Requirements:
Bachelors in Computer Science or related field with;2 years of experience developing integration and/or ETL solutions including hands-on experience using Microsoft SQL Server and its BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI), MuleSoft, or Azure Data Factory2 years of experience with commercial solutions used for messaging and microservices, including API management with SOA, ODATA, queue management, and an enterprise service busOr, a Masters in Computer Science or related field with 1 year experience in the aboveKnowledge of data structures, data warehousing, data visualization, statistics, and analytic modelsStrong interpersonal verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of the development and management required for ETL, ELT, REST, and SOAP implementationsExperience in SQL and at least one other language such as Python, R, MDX, C#, Java, or JavaScriptDevelopment experience with RDBMS (Microsoft SQL Server) in both transactional and analytic/EDW models

Recommended Qualifications:
Experience working in agile environments and practicing SAFe/scrum/DevOpsKnowledge of data management best practices, processes, tools, standards, and methodologiesExperience/Exposure to cloud data tools (DocumentDB, Data Lake, Synapse, NoSQL, Hadoop/Spark, Data Bricks, Glue, Data Factory)Working knowledge of core business platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Microsoft)Experience with Governance and Master Data disciplinesAbility to analyze and document complex business processes and project detailsDevelopment experience in the cloud (AWS, Azure)
