Job Description:

We are looking for a Fitness Director to join our team and lead our fitness programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and health, as well as experience in sales and marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing fitness plans, motivating members to reach their goals, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The candidate is also responsible for providing membership and training package options to all prospective members, while providing fitness guidance to assist in creating a plan to help reach individual fitness goals.


Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement fitness programs for members.

* Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques.

* Monitor and evaluate member progress and provide feedback.

* Develop and implement safety protocols for the fitness center.

* Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in working order.

* Organize and lead community outreach with local businesses and organization for monthly events.

* Provide customer service to members.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
