Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Underwriting BCC.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed credit approval documents and conduct in-depth
credit analysis
Structure complex financial transactions and make loan decisions in
line with bank policies
Collaborate with Relationship Managers and engage with customers to
discuss credit inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
preferred
5-8 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting
Strong credit skills with the ability to identify risks and make
credit recommendations
Familiarity with commercial & industrial and investment real estate
markets
Knowledge of SBA financing programs
