Job Description:

A company is looking for a CRE Senior Managing Director responsible for implementing CRE strategy and managing financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver on business goals related to liquidity, capital, credit, and profitable growth
Manage a sponsor base and portfolio aligned with CRE strategic priorities
Identify, measure, monitor, and report material risks while fostering a strong leadership culture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of CRE leadership experience
Credit training and/or lending experience to support the real estate business
Knowledge of CRE market products
