Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager-Performance Improvement
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with leadership to maintain a Medicare Advantage Star
Rating of 4.0 or higher and meet Medicaid Performance Measure
targets
Directs the implementation and execution of HEDIS and Medicare Star
programs in line with accreditation and regulatory requirements
Provides expertise in HEDIS and CMS STARS while promoting quality
strategies and compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of five years in healthcare/managed care with experience in
HEDIS/Medicare Star performance measurement
Two years of prior supervisory or program/project management
experience required
Experience presenting to leadership teams, clinicians, and employer
groups
Six years of additional experience can substitute for a degree
