Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Management Analyst with a
focus on health systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analyses of healthcare systems to improve
efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Develop, standardize, and centralize healthcare performance
metrics
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify areas for
improvement in healthcare delivery and operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public
Health, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of six years of experience in healthcare management,
preferably within VA, DHA, or private healthcare organizations
Strong understanding of healthcare metrics, data analytics, and
healthcare regulations
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize healthcare
data into actionable insights
