Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager for the
East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, serving as the primary
contact for high-priority customers
Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders,
including HR Executives and Benefit Managers
Utilize data insights to guide decision-making and drive client
success metrics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in managing relationships or selling to HR
leaders in the B2B tech or employer benefit space
Proven track record of managing a book of business strategically
and autonomously
Strong presentation skills with experience leading high-visibility
projects
Ability to develop and implement account strategies for customer
value and growth
Proficient in using data tools like Looker and Salesforce for
client health analysis
