Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic business transformation programs with enterprise
impact and manage a team adhering to Business Transformation
Methodology
Provide guidance and support to Senior Management in identifying
opportunities and developing strategies for operational
efficiency
Oversee business transformation portfolio affecting organization
design, process execution, technology landscape, and business
strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
9+ years of experience in process improvement/transformation,
business/financial analysis, or organizational change
management
Consulting experience preferred
Preferred certifications include PROSCI, Six Sigma, and PMP
Experience in customer journey/experience and project management is
advantageous
