Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Operations to lead
Professional Services and Customer Support functions within a B2B
software environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own full P&Ls for Professional Services and Customer Support,
managing revenue generation, cost control, and margin
optimization
Lead the end-to-end delivery of onboarding, implementation,
training, and integration engagements while evolving the
Professional Services catalog
Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation to enhance
scalability and operational efficiency across services and
support
Required Qualifications
8+ years of operational leadership in B2B software or SaaS
businesses with P&L ownership experience
Strong expertise in pricing, packaging, and monetizing services and
support
Experience building or evolving a Professional Services catalog
Track record of successfully implementing AI tools and automation
in service delivery or customer support
Strategic thinker with strong financial and analytical skills
