Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Remote Hardware
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a regional team of technical support engineers to deliver
excellent customer support
Oversee and prioritize hardware support service requests and
customer escalations
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for product and
support resolution paths
Required Qualifications
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional
area
Four or more years of people management or technical lead
experience
Experience in Customer Service and Technical Support in large
corporations
Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing remote
teams
Familiarity with Oracle Hardware product suite is a strong plus
