POSITION SUMMARY: -Responsible for managing, supporting, and leading the accounting, administrative, and customer service functions and personnel for the company. -Daily measuring, adjusting work assignments to maximize performance indicators for those departments. -Work with all departments to streamline all processes to optimum efficiency and productivity. -Lastly, work with the General Manager in the implementation and execution of the company's goals and objectives. -Manage all personnel according to the company's mission, vision, and value statements. - -REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - - - - - - - -Excellent communication skills, oral, and written - - - - - - - -Associates Degree with an Accounting or Business Management concentration preferred - - - - - - - -5+ years' experience in Office Management role - - - - - - - -Advanced knowledge of accounting workflow processes company-wide - - - - - - - -Advanced knowledge of General Ledger - - - - - - - -Advanced knowledge of business financial statements and reporting - - - - - - - -Advanced knowledge of job costing reporting and Work In Progress Adjustments - - - - - - - -Advanced knowledge of certified payroll reporting - - - - - - - -Prior experience operating in a Human Resources role - - - - - - - -Advanced knowledge of construction contract administration - - - - - - - -Advanced knowledge of workflow process within every department - - - - - - - -Advanced knowledge of all monthly, quarterly, and annual governmental reporting requirements - - - - - - - -Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Google Docs - - - - - - - -Prior experience with various accounting softwares - - - - - - - -Detail-oriented and organized - - - - - - - -Objective in decision-making ability - - - - - - - -Demonstrate ability to lead, mentor and train personnel as necessary - - - - - - - -Demonstrate excellent customer service skillsPERFORMANCE STANDARDS: - - - - - - - -Ability for the Office departments to reach their various goals - - - - - - - -Ability to track and measure employee performance - - - - - - - -Ability to formulate and enforce effective accounting policies - - - - - - - -Ability to develop and lead others and delegate responsibilities accordingly - - - - - - - -Timely resolve of customer concerns. - - - - - - - -Communicate effectively with President, Managers, Supervisors, and Employees - - - - - - - -Ability to reinforce and promote the company mission, vision, and value statements -JOB COMPETENCIES: - - - - - - - -Share and emulate the company's values as stated in the Value Statement - - - - - - - -Emulate and promote the company's mission and vision statements - - - - - - - -Strong planning and organizing skills - - - - - - - -Strong Customer Service - - Strong Individual and Team Development - - - - - - - -Strong Team Player - - - - - - - -Strong Leader - - - - - - - -Decision-making ability - - - - - - - -Dependable and responsible - - - - - - - -Tolerance to stress - - - - - - - -Critical thinking/problem solving skills - - - - - - - -Ability to lead, develop and supervise others - - - - - - - -Good verbal, written and oral communication
