Job DescriptionReporting to the Lead LVN, Family Clinic, Community Based (Outreach) Programs and Services, this position provides primarily back office support performing various technical duties. May also perform front office duties. such as scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, answering telephones, maintaining medical records, determining program eligibility and billing. Collects essential health, medical, and biographical information from the patient or the patient's parent/legal guardian to be placed into the medical record. Performs and assists the providers with basic procedures adhering to scope of training and experience. Bilingual - Spanish required.LVNOutreach ClinicFamily ClinicQualifications

• Current California LVN license, CA blood withdrawal certificate and a minimum of one year experience working as an LVN required.
• Good computer skills and experience working in a family practice and/or community clinic setting preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish required.
