Licensed Clinical Psychologist Los Angeles, CA Skilled Physicians Group is looking to partner with a Clinical Psychologist with expertiseor interest in caring for long term care/ nursing facility patients. Make rounds in thenursing facility as a mobile provider. Fulfill a mission to help the underserved patients inthe nursing facility. Support staff of Nurse Practitioners provided. Compensation issubject to availability and dedication to patient care. Dedicated, full time providers haveunlimited earning potential. Services Provided Psychotherapy Services: Individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Behavioral Rounds: Fully integrated interdisciplinary care plan meetings with specific focus on the reduction of psychotropic medications and behavioral problems, as well as the resident's progress toward treatment goals.Responsibilities Customize the care for each patient:Our clinicians have the unique ability to customize the care for each and everyindividual resident. You will have the autonomy to determine how often you see apatient as well as the appropriate length of time spent with each patient. Individualpsychotherapy is the most common clinical sessions performed, but our providers alsoperform family therapy, group therapy, neuropsychological testing as needed and/orappropriate. While covering beds, our clinicians have the ability to address a wide range ofpsychological and neurological conditions. Provide clinical services such as diagnosisand treatment of mental illness, psychological testing/assessment, psychologicalevaluations, crisis management services. Pick your own schedule! - Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfectwork/life balance.- Typically, clinicians work between Mondays - Fridays , 2-3 days a week somewhere between thehours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Focus on the patient's care without the hassle or on-call responsibilities.Our psychologists' priority is patient care while our back-office support team handlesbilling, collections, credentialing, and everything else. This allows our clinicians to focussolely on the patients' clinical care and the documentation following those sessions.There are no on-call responsibilities which means you are free to go about your dayafter leaving your last facility.
