(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - Our client is a 200+bed non-union hospital located in Southern California, mid-way between Los Angeles and Palm Springs. This century-old city is known for its historic Victorian homes, beautiful library which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, thriving downtown, tree-lined streets, orange groves, mountain views, and cultural richness. It is home to a top-ranked private university, which brings the community social and cultural events.

This hospital owned, stable and established clinic provides primary healthcare for low-income, uninsured and underinsured individuals with emphasis on promoting health and wellness. Patient visits of 6,000 per year ranging from 1 month olds to the elderly. The FNP will see an average of 20 patients per day and will function very independently with a great deal of freedom. Although this is not a management role, the NP will act as a leader and be a supportive resource for the LVN's and Medical Assistants in the clinic.

Requirements:

- MSN

- Current RN and NP license

- FNP Certification

- Furnishing license

- 5+ years of experience as a FNP
