Optum is looking for anUrgent Care APCto join our teams in Redlands, Highland, and Beaumont, CA. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patients needs.

Position Details:

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
  
• Average census is -2 patients per hour
  
• See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age
  
• Full Time : 4 X 10 hour shifts weekly
  Required Qualifications:
  
  • Unrestricted CA PA/NP License
    
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
    
  • Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college
    
  • EMR Proficiency
    Preferred Qualifications :
    
    • 1+ years of experience in an urgent care, emergency room setting or rural health clinic
      
    • Fluent or medical Spanish speaking ability
