Company: TheraEx Staffing Services - APPPosition OverviewWe are currently seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in Adult Medicine for a locum tenens opportunity.Key Details

• Duration: 26 weeks
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens
• Compensation: $100 per hourJob ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing comprehensive care through both virtual and in-person consultations.
  • Managing a diverse patient population with conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Conducting preventative care and women's health services.
  • Maintaining a patient load of approximately 24 patients per day through virtual appointments and 20 patients in person.Work ScheduleThe position requires full-time coverage with a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There will be no on-call duties.Requirements
    • Active and unrestricted California Physician Assistant license.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Board certification is mandatory.
    • Vaccination status will be considered, with waivers accepted.
    • Ability to provide at least two supervisory references.Note: Credentialing will take approximately 12 weeks from the time the application is submitted.
