  • Delivering population health services through both virtual and in-person consultations.
  • Managing an average of 24 patients daily through video and telephone appointments, with additional in-person consultations.
  • Providing comprehensive care in areas such as preventative health, diabetes management, hypertension, and women's health.
  • Utilizing the Epic electronic medical record system for patient documentation.Schedule:The position requires full-time availability, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No on-call duties are required.Requirements:
    • Active and unrestricted California Physician Assistant license.
    • Current BLS certification.
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Board certification in the appropriate specialty.
    • Vaccination status will be considered, with potential waivers available.
