Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Redlands, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,312 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid state RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), MAB, NIH, PALS required Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as core staff in first nursing job - No new grads or first-time travelers accepted - History of extended assignments preferred - No travelers with a history of cancellations accepted - No locals within 50 miles Description: This position is for an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in the emergency department. Candidates must have experience in both adult and pediatric emergency care. Key duties include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, central line care and management, and starting IVs. Candidates should be familiar with continuous IV sedation and IV vasopressors. Experience with ventilated patients and isolation precautions is essential. The nurse will provide triage and care for a variety of critical conditions including strokes and traumatic injuries. Preferred experience includes arterial line management, phlebotomy, and procedural sedation administration. Knowledge in managing neuro-trauma and spinal cord injuries is beneficial. Minimum weekend coverage requires working every other weekend. Candidates will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary support services including pharmacy, respiratory services, and physical therapy.
