Job Description:
Join American Medical Response (AMR), a leader in emergency and
non-emergency medical transportation services, as a Paramedic
Basic. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing
essential pre-hospital advanced medical care and transportation for
critical and emergent patients who access the emergency medical
system. With the opportunity to work in varying environments from
urban to rural settings, you will leverage your medical knowledge
and expertise at the frontline, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and
timely medical services. Provide advanced medical care to patients
in emergency and non-emergency situations, following clinical
protocols and policies. Operate emergency vehicles and equipment
safely and efficiently. Perform patient assessments and prioritize
care based on clinical findings. Document patient care efficiently
using electronic health record systems. Collaborate with other
medical personnel and participate in best practice sharing and
ongoing education. Maintain readiness and cleanliness of emergency
vehicles and medical equipment. Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Proficiency in using medical equipment
Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments Medical

Current National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
- Paramedic Certification State Paramedic License Valid state
driver’s license with proper endorsements CPR certification
