Role Overview We are seeking a distinguished Physician Injector (MD) to join our aesthetic practice on a limited, curated basis. This role is intentionally designed for a physician who values clinical autonomy, mastery of aesthetic medicine, and engagement with a refined patient population. You will be entrusted with our top-tier patients, serving as a clinical authority and elevating outcomes through expert-level assessment and execution. Responsibilities: Serve as a clinical authority in aesthetic injectables, delivering advanced, nuanced treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and adjunct aesthetic modalities with an emphasis on natural, sophisticated outcomes. Provide physician-level consultations and treatments for a select group of high-value patients, applying advanced anatomical knowledge and aesthetic judgment. Establish and maintain long-term patient trust through discretion, excellence, and exceptional bedside presence. Maintain concise, accurate medical documentation that reflects physician-level assessment, treatment rationale, and outcomes. Remain current with evolving aesthetic science, techniques, and products, integrating innovation thoughtfully rather than trend-driven. Collaborate with advanced practice providers and leadership as a clinical thought partner, contributing to elevated standards of care across the practice. Represent the practice with professional gravitas in interactions with patients, industry partners, and internal teams. Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, state laws, safety protocols). Ensure treatment environments meet physician-level expectations for cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Ideal Candidate Profile MD with an active medical license. Demonstrated expertise in aesthetic injectables, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators; laser experience is a strong plus. Comfortable operating in a low-frequency, high-impact role focused on excellence rather than volume. Appreciates a practice that respects physician time, judgment, and expertise. Position Highlights Minimal time commitment: 12 days per month. Opportunity to practice aesthetic medicine at a high level without full-time obligation.
