This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate Pediatrician seeking a stable, full-time role with a predictable weekday schedule, strong team support, and a balanced call rotation. Practice Overview Outpatient pediatric practice Current team includes 1 Pediatrician (MD) and 1 Physician Assistant Well-established patient base with steady demand Supportive and collaborative care environment Position Details Full-time, permanent position Schedule: Monday-Friday Shared call rotation , including weekends, among the pediatric team Average patient volume: Approximately 20-25 patients per day (may vary with no-shows) No inpatient responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays CME allowance and paid CME time Malpractice coverage provided Candidate Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified Physician in Pediatrics New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply California medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term pediatric practice in a growing Southern California community while working within a supportive team structure.
