Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0700 - 1930 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in Emergency Room settings - Ability to assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care Description: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing patients. This includes planning and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role involves supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The nurse will support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered. Competency of clinical staff and resource management related to patient care are also key responsibilities. The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1:4 in a 29-bed emergency department.
