Full Time and Part Time Option. Must be Licensed: LMFT/LSW/LPCC who enjoys works with youth ages 5 to 17 but also open to working with adults. Hours Flexible between 20 hours to 40 hours per week. Monday through Saturday hours availble to choose from. Upscale private practice setting, seeing private pay and insurance clients. Position Summary This Licensed Therapist position will work within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency to works directly with children and adults in an outpatient office setting. With the ability to manage your own schedule, you will provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, and coordination of therapeutic activities within therapy sessions for youth, adults and families. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Completes assessments and evaluations that are culturally relevant and appropriate to youth, adults and family strengths and needs, including identification of target behaviors and the function of those target behaviors. Independently develops effective treatment plans with clear and measurable intervention strategies, which are tailored to child, adult and family strengths, needs and cultural preferences. Records and collects clinical information in ways that promote and reflect individual and family input while maintaining accountability to risks and threats associated with presenting problems. Providing individual and family therapy, behavior modification plans, treating psychological disorders, and assisting individuals and families to achieve more effective personal and interpersonal adjustment. Facilitates the development and refinement of effective behavior and risk specific reactive and proactive safety plans. Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of interventions with youth, adults and families. Demonstrates proficient skills and abilities regarding conflict management and mediation of couples and families. Meets revenue and productivity standards. Ensures that effective personal organizational systems for paperwork/ information management are developed and maintained to support timelines and priorities. Manages time and prioritizes tasks to ensure that deadlines are met. Performs other related responsibilities, as assigned, to support specific department/business needs. Attending mandatory monthly staff meetings. Performing other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Master Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or related field of study. Current License to practice Marriage and Family Therapy in the State of California through the board of behavioral sciences or similar certification board (LCSW/LPCC). Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $40.00 to $45.00 /hour
