Job Description Job Description We are hiring Team Members for our Graveyard Shift If you are interested in gaining excellent work experience in the fast-food industry, learning cash handling procedures, food safety, customer service, and learning other duties of a Team Member, we would like to talk to you. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Cash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds. Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired Team Members. Taste product to ensure quality standards are met. Is the role-model for outstanding customer service and overall, Team Member standards. Ensures cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times. Other job-related activities as requested. Ensures company standards are maintained and complies with policies and procedures REQUIREMENTS: Dependability and punctuality essential Effective customer service skills delivered with a friendly disposition. Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively Ability to maintain a fast pace Ability to handle responsibility Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years older Some high school, GED or equivalent. No previous experience required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
