Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and attract qualified engineering candidates
through various recruiting channels
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings,
screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and
align candidate profiles for open positions
Qualifications:
5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, focusing on
engineering or technical roles
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for various engineering
disciplines
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn
Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS
software
