Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Seasonal Recruiting
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct video verifications with seasonal hires to ensure
onboarding compliance and readiness
Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to candidates
regarding their onboarding status and next steps
Support onboarding processes by tracking task completion and
ensuring timely submission of required documentation
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in HR coordination, onboarding, customer
service, or administrative support preferred
Comfortable with high-volume outreach (phone and email)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Quick to learn new systems and technology; experience with ATS or
onboarding systems is a plus
Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
