A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Operations and Tax
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Audit payroll data for compliance with local laws and tax codes,
and manage payroll tax filings
Implement payroll process improvements and support payroll audits,
ensuring documentation is complete
Required Qualifications
5+ years of multi-state U.S. payroll experience, with at least 2
years in international payroll
Deep knowledge of payroll tax regulations including W-2, W-4, and
garnishments
Experience in the tech industry or high-growth environments
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with payroll platforms
such as Rippling
Experience supporting payroll audits and preparing documentation
for stakeholders
