Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant for the HR Accelerator
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Accelerator Team and key stakeholders to
support project execution
Advise on strategy, problem-solving, and the execution of
HR-focused solutions
Conduct research and develop recommendations for process
improvements and future state procedures
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in management consulting or an HR advisory
role
Experience supporting large-scale transformations and implementing
strategies
Ability to prioritize team and project needs over individual
interests
Experience in drafting communications materials, preferably using
G-Suite
Willingness to learn and operate as a generalist within HR
functions
