Key Responsibilities
Manage talent development programs and oversee review cycles and
initiatives
Develop and curate engaging learning materials and ensure alignment
with company objectives
Lead interactive training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness
for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of learning and development experience
3+ years of facilitation experience
2+ years of SaaS experience
3+ years of project management experience
