Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staffing Associate to manage internal
staffing processes and support delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the creation, posting, and staffing of roles
Maintain accurate records of staffing allocations and progress
Collaborate with teams to identify staffing needs and fill
hard-to-fill roles
Required Qualifications
Experience in staffing or operations roles within a professional
services organization
Experience with internal resource management teams
Experience supporting software delivery teams in an operational
capacity
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal
teams
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
