subject-matter areas
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and conduct screening
interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience
Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide weekly
reports on recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
Professional fluency in Arabic and English
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and
Recruitee
A proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously
evolving environment
Genuine interest in the mission of the organization
