Job Description:
Direct Hire opportunity for a Warranty Specialist / Customer
Service candidate. Salary up to $40K DOE
Ideal candidate will be someone who has had some kind of
electrical, construction, mechanical background, or worked as a
warranty customer service specialist. Troubleshooting customer
technical issues with their fans: installation, noise, etc., are
things covered by warranty.
This is NOT an IT position. More customer service related, but also
has the technical know-how to be able to figure out whether the
issue falls under the warranty. Since they manufacture giant
industrial fans, some customer questions could get technical.
Strong computer skills, excellent communication and customer
