Company:Qualcomm India Private LimitedJob Area:Information Technology Group, IT EngineeringGeneral Summary:The individual will focus on managing VoIP and Web-Ex Contact Center solutions to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include service monitoring, maintenance, infrastructure support, and project work for supported services and technologies.Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment, support, and troubleshooting of TEAMS Phone System.
• Communicate with technical staff, project managers, and management regarding Team's and Office 365 Platform Services.
• Utilize PowerShell commands and scripting for system management.
• Experience with Ribbon SBCs integrated with MS Teams Direct Routing, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Poly (HP) Devices and support Team's Phone System.
• Configure and integrate audio, video, and telephony solutions with M365.
• Handle field requests, create/modify agent profiles, and design call flows.
• Perform Tier 3 operations, maintenance, and upgrades in the call center environment.
• Demonstrate expertise in WxCCE components configuration and troubleshooting.
• Capture and analyze logs to diagnose issues.
• Provide stakeholder support and ensure smooth WxCCE operations.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, OR
• 1+ year of IT experience with a non-technical degree, OR
• 3+ years of IT experience with a high school diploma.Physical Requirements:Ability to frequently transport and install equipment up to 20 lbs.Additional Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience with SBCs, Unified Communications, and Contact Center technology.
