Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems
and equipment, performing maintenance and repair
Provide on-site installation support for products in client cloud
environments, including configuring network devices
Train users/customers in system operation and maintenance while
serving as a liaison for administrative and technical matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Network
Administration, or a related field, or three years of relevant
experience
One year of experience in a network support-related occupation or
three years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in Routing and Switching, including VLAN management and
troubleshooting protocols
Familiarity with LDAP, Azure AD, SSO integrations, and network
security
Experience in configuring LAN and WAN ports and creating
site-to-site VPN tunnels
