Job Description:
A company is looking for a DLS Sr Work Wellness Coach in
Specialty Accommodation Services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide disability coaching and support to employees with
qualifying conditions and relevant stakeholders
Identify individual support needs and create tailored coaching
plans to address barriers related to disabilities
Maintain communication with all stakeholders and conduct training
for team members as needed
Required Qualifications
2+ years of HR experience
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, at an
advanced level
5+ years of HR Generalist or Specialist experience in a corporate
environment (preferred)
4+ years of case management experience, including reviewing cases
and executing management plans (preferred)
