A company is looking for a VP of Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to define technical initiatives and
execution roadmaps
Deliver an intuitive and robust Financial Services platform with
Software Engineering teams
Grow and lead high-performing Software and Quality Assurance
Engineers, providing mentorship and development opportunities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience developing distributed cloud software at
scale
5+ years of experience building and leading multiple distributed
teams of Software and Quality Assurance Engineers
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced
degree is a plus
Experience in the real estate domain preferred
