Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel,
Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS and
software agreements
Negotiate NDAs with prospective customers and partners
Provide legal advice and manage legal dashboards for vendor
agreements
Required Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active admission
to a State Bar
3+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating vendor
agreements
Knowledge of technology and SaaS companies
Understanding of data privacy and security issues (CCPA, GDPR,
etc.)
